About
Started as a developer, moved into business analysis, and ended up the person a stalled programme calls when no one can agree what actually broke.
Certified in agile coaching and Kanban systems design, with proven leadership experience facilitating distributed, cross-functional teams across banks and other regulated businesses, working across English, Spanish and Russian.
